The five steps

01 — Discovery call

What happens: A 30–45 minute call about what the site (or brand, or store) needs to do, who it needs to do it for, and what’s changing from what exists now.

Who's involved: You, and whoever else at your business should weigh in on scope.

What you provide: Access to your current site (if any), any existing brand assets, and a clear sense of your budget range.
02 — Scope & fixed price

What happens: We turn the discovery call into a written scope and a fixed price — the exact package, or a custom quote if nothing off-the-shelf fits.

Who's involved: You approve the scope before anything else happens.

What you provide: A yes. Nothing else required at this step.
03 — Kickoff & deposit

What happens: A 50% deposit books your project slot (or your first month, for Care Plans); we schedule the work and confirm the timeline.

Who's involved: Whoever’s paying and whoever’s the day-to-day contact — can be the same person.

What you provide: The deposit, plus any content, copy, or access we flagged as needed at scoping.
04 — Design / build & revisions

What happens: The actual work — design concepts, a build, an identity system, or an audit — delivered for review, with the fixed number of revision rounds your package includes.

Who's involved: Your day-to-day contact, reviewing and giving feedback on a predictable schedule.

What you provide: Timely feedback — the fastest way to keep the published turnaround accurate is fast feedback on our end.
05 — Delivery & handover

What happens: Files, code, or the live site handed over, remaining balance invoiced, and (for build packages) the post-launch fix window begins.

Who's involved: You receive everything; we walk you through what you now own.

What you provide: Nothing further — the engagement is complete.

Payment: The deposit and remaining balance on time / Source files and ownership at delivery

What if we’re late providing something you need?

The timeline shifts to match — we’ll tell you plainly, not let it slide silently.

What if we need to pause the project?

You pay for work completed to date; the remaining milestones pick up when you’re ready.

Do you work with a project manager on our side, or just the owner?

Either — one point of contact keeps things fastest, but we’re glad to loop in whoever you assign.
