We collect only what we need to respond to an enquiry, process an order, or run this site:

• Contact details: name, business name, email address, phone number
• Billing details: postal address, entered at checkout for invoicing — we don't ship physical goods, so this is billing information only, never a shipping address
• Project details: what you tell us about your project in a contact or checkout form
• Order details: the packages you purchase, quantities, and pricing
• Usage data: page views and site interactions, only if you've consented to analytics (see Cookies, below)

We do not collect payment card data. Checkout on this site uses a demonstration payment step — no real card number is ever transmitted to us or stored, by design.

How we use it

We use the information above to:

• Respond to your enquiry or booking request
• Process and fulfill an order, and invoice a remaining balance
• Send order-related emails (confirmation, kickoff scheduling, invoices)
• Understand how visitors use the site, if you've consented to analytics
• Meet our own legal and accounting obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

How we share it

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the site and email (e.g., our hosting provider), bound to use it only to provide that service
• Google, for consent-gated analytics (Google Analytics 4) — see the Cookie Policy for details and how to opt out
• Law enforcement or another party, only if required by law

This site uses cookies and Google Analytics 4. Analytics only loads after you actively consent — see the Cookie Policy for the full list of cookies, what each one does, and how to change your choice at any time.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and order information for as long as needed to fulfill the engagement, meet accounting and tax obligations, and resolve any dispute — typically no longer than 7 years for financial records, per standard US recordkeeping practice. You can ask us to delete information we're not legally required to retain (see Your rights, below).

Your rights

Wherever you're located, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete information we don't need to retain
• Stop using your information for a particular purpose

If you're a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, correct it, and opt out of its sale. We don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of on that point — the other rights apply, and we'll honor a verified request within 45 days.

If you're visiting from the EU/UK, we don't have an establishment there and don't specifically target EU/UK visitors, but as a courtesy we'll honor a reasonable data-access or deletion request from anyone, regardless of location, on the same terms as above.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business visitors and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information you share with us, including form-submission safeguards and secure hosting. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
